With its similarities to Whitefish, Tullibee is sold minced for gefilte fish, while the whole Tullibee sold by Freshwater Fish is perfect for smoking. Tullibee caviar is similar to that of Whitefish. Tullibee is also known as Lake Herring and Cisco.
